Job summary

Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Limited represents a leading financial institution in Hong Kong seeking an Insurance Specialist. The role focuses on delivering wealth protection strategies to high-net-worth clients and partnering with frontline banking teams to grow the insurance business.

You will conduct joint consultations, tailor life insurance and wealth protection solutions, and provide underwriting support while ensuring compliance with HKMA/IA regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven track record in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning (RM / FPM / FPB).
• Valid IIQE (Papers 1, 3, 5); HKSI qualifications are an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance, wealth succession, and tax-efficient planning products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch Relationship Managers and Financial Planning Managers to drive insurance business growth.
• Conduct joint client consultations to analyze needs and customize life insurance, annuity, and wealth protection solutions.
• Provide technical product expertise, underwriting support, and regulatory guidance across wealth management products.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure full compliance with internal standards and HKMA/IA regulatory requirements.
