Job summary

Pinnacle Lead Consulting Limited is seeking an Associate Principal, UX Research to lead and shape research across digital product streams within a top-tier financial services client. You will partner with stakeholders to define questions, select methods, and translate findings into actionable design and business impact.

You will mentor junior researchers, drive research timelines, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives while managing multiple projects and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Strategize and communicate planning of research for fullstreams of digital products.
• Independently plan and conduct effective research activities with minimal oversight.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Independently propose clear and effective research plans and reach consensus with stakeholders.
• Execute tests to validate hypotheses and uncover insights.
• Lead the choice of appropriate research methods for projects and stages.
• Define and prioritize research questions and create research materials.
• Coordinate logistics with local stakeholders to carry out planned activities.
• Manage insights and UX strategy for on-time delivery.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently by priority to the business.
• Lead timelines from planning to reporting and manage external vendors.
