Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Principal Solution Engineer to lead strategic engagements with top Cloud Native and AI infrastructure customers in APAC from Hong Kong. You will architect, deploy and scale complex workloads, collaborate with OCI engineering, and drive end-to-end technical initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering or solution engineering.
Experience designing/operating solutions on OCI, AWS, Azure or GCP.
Strong understanding of cloud compute, networking, storage and security.
Proven ability to engage with customers and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Own strategic technical engagements with Cloud Native and AI infrastructure customers across APAC.
Lead investigations and resolution of complex cloud infrastructure issues.
Provide technical guidance on architecture, performance, capacity planning and reliability.
Bridge customers and OCI engineering to drive resolution and action plans.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices for infrastructure modernization.
