Job summary

KEYNOTE LEARNING HUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time English language teacher to conduct classes for Primary 3 to Secondary 4 students, with 3–13 learners per class.

The role includes marking homework, giving feedback, and communicating with parents. Lessons are conducted hybrid (online and onsite) and may involve webinars and video recordings. Starting mid to end Oct 2026, the position requires passion for teaching, pro-active attitude, teamwork, and a love for working with children.

Qualifications

• Degree with good O/A Level English/GP result.
• Some tutoring experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, PDF, Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

• Teach English language classes to small groups.
• Students range from Primary 3 to Secondary 4.
• Mark online PDFs and physical homework.
• Provide constructive feedback for compositions and writing.
• Communicate with parents for timely feedback.
• Record video lessons for quality and training.
• Conduct lessons hybrid online and onsite.
• Co-conduct webinars and appear in TikTok/Facebook videos.
• Look after well-being and welfare of students.

Job description

Job Description & Requirements:

• Degree with good O/A Level English/GP Result
• Some tutoring experience is preferred
• Technical skills and competencies: Proficient in Word, PDF, Powerpoint

In this role, you will be required to:

• Teach English Language classes of around 3 to 13 students
• Students range from Primary 3 to Secondary 4 level
• Be familiar with PSLE and O Level syllabus
• Mark online PDF homework and physical homework
• Provide useful feedback for compositions and situational writing according to centre’s system when marking
• Communicate with parents for timely feedback to help students improve
• Do video recording of lessons
• Look after the well-being and welfare of the company’s students
• Conduct Lessons Hybrid (online and onsite)
• Comfortable to Co-Conduct Webinars and appear in Tik Tok/ Face book videos

Part time:

• Sat 4 lessons (9.30am to 11.30pm), (11.30am to 1.30pm), (2.30pm to 4.30pm) and (4.30pm to 6.30pm)

Starting in Mid to End Oct 2026
