Job summary

Hasbro Far East Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a data-driven BI professional to build scalable dashboards and analytics for product development, driving data-informed decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows, ensure data quality, and automate reporting using Power BI, SQL and Python.

This role emphasizes process analysis, data mining, and delivering clear insights that strengthen project execution and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Certifications in data analysis or data management are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with strong process analysis background.
• Proficient in DAX, Power BI, SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
• Experienced in data automation, data mining, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using data from company systems.
• Perform data integrity checks and data cleansing.
• Develop new dashboards/reports to support product development, including automation, data mining, and analysis.
• Review and improve data collection and analysis methods regularly.
• Act as the main contact for business intelligence reports for product development.
