Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee multiple projects and drive efficiency across production, quality, and maintenance functions. The role emphasizes budgeting, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of project follow-up experience in the soft toy/plush toy trading sector, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6-8 years in project follow up in Soft Toy or Plush Toys Trading.
• Solid experience in the manufacturing field with exposure to production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing capabilities.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring teams and individuals; understand group dynamics and team development.
• Result- and quality-focused with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
• Willingness to travel to China.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering activities including sampling and product review.
• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes conform to organization’s established policies and objectives.
• Manage the daily operations of the engineering team and deliver the KPIs for engineering and technical functions.
• Lead the team to drive structure and solve problems in a consistent way.
• Work on product costing, budgeting and control of repairing and maintenance costs.
• Typically report to top management.
