Job summary

中國移動 is seeking a Planning & Resource Operations Management Engineer in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with the Planning Manager to formulate the company’s computing power network development plan and resource layout, and drive departments to implement construction tasks.

You will track progress, formulate management measures, and coordinate with higher-level units to lead assigned research, meetings, materials, and other tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with computing power network and AI-related technologies.
• Familiar with project management knowledge and construction procedures.
• Understanding of computing-power-grid coordination model.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Planning Manager to formulate the company's overall computing power network development plan and resource layout strategy, and drive relevant departments to implement construction tasks.
• Track and follow up on the implementation progress of the network-wide computing power layout, and formulate relevant management measures and guiding opinions.
• Communicate and coordinate with higher-level units; take the lead in implementing assigned research, meetings, materials, and other tasks delegated by higher-level units.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant working experience.
• Solid professional fundamentals; familiar with domestic and international macro policies, as well as telecommunications and information industry policies, development patterns, and future trends.
• Familiar with computing power network and AI-related technologies, project management knowledge, and construction procedures; understanding of the computing-power-grid coordination model.
• Possess architecture design capabilities and relevant experience in structured planning reports and technical blueprints.
