Job summary

The Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster invites applications for Clerk III (Physiotherapy) at Ruttonjee & Tang Shiu Kin Hospitals. The role supports departmental clerical tasks, registration and fee collection, and data entry under supervision.

You should have HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications, be able to type, and possess good interpersonal skills to assist patients and staff. The pay ranges HK$17,611 to HK$27,413 per month, with potential gratuity subject to contract.

Qualifications

• Passes in 5 subjects in HKCEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5 subjects in HKDSE with Level 2 in English, Chinese and Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Typing/word processing ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence and documents including filing and recordkeeping.
• Provide counter services for patient registration and fee collection in shroff office; operate HA systems IPAS, OPAS, etc.
• Data input.
• Collect, verify and compile statistics.
• Screen, keep record of and distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence.
• Updating and distribution of circulars.
• Perform receptionist duties and answer enquiries.
• Communicate with clients/patients.
• Operate telephone system, paging system and alarm panels when necessary.
• Promote HA GO and smart features; support telehealth and patient service functions.
• Assist in supervising supporting staff of the department.
