Job summary

OT&P Healthcare in Central, Hong Kong, is looking for a warehouse logistics staff to handle orders, inbound deliveries, and inventory. You will ensure accurate packing, proper documentation, and safe storage in a busy healthcare setting.

Fresh graduates and diploma students are welcome. Strong English and Chinese skills, teamwork, and Office tool proficiency are valued to support daily operations and audits.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above is required.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred, healthcare/pharma setting.
• Fresh graduates or part-time dispensing diploma candidates welcome.
• English and Chinese language proficiency; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong communication skills and being a team player.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse handling procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and pack clinic orders for dispatch per procedures.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, document and store inbound pharmaceutical deliveries.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and safety hygiene for medical products.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and record-keeping.
• Keep warehouse area clean, organized and efficient.
• Support covers, audits, and other duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and pack clinic orders for dispatch in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards.




• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming pharmaceutical deliveries, ensuring items are correctly documented and stored.




• Maintain proper storage conditions and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols for handling medical products.




• Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and record-keeping.




• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to support operational efficiency.




• Perform other logistics and administrative duties, and assist with covers, audits and any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Creation of secondary education or above.




• Experiences in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred, particularly within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.




• Fresh graduates or candidates currently pursuing a part-time dispensing diploma are also welcome.




• Good language command of English and Chinese. Mandarin and/ or any other languages will be a plus.




• Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.




• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse handling procedures.




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)




• Responsible, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards.
