Job summary

Roche invites pharmacy graduates to join a 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance and pharmacovigilance. You will gain insight into regulatory submissions, product quality management and local distribution operations, with career coaching from the department head and rotation across functions such as medical affairs and marketing.

The program runs in Hong Kong with structured on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree or enrollment in Bachelor of Pharmacy program.
• Strong communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Fast learner with a can‑do attitude.
• Interest in regulatory affairs, QA and pharmacovigilance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support mainly to Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance.
• Support operations of the License to Operate department.
• Rotate to other functions such as medical affairs and marketing.

Position Pharmacy Internship - 6 months

We are looking for hardworking pharmacy graduates who has a passion in making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. The candidate should be a fast learner with a problem solving mindset, great communication skills and a can-do attitude. In return, the successful applicants will have the opportunity to work at one of the largest biotech companies in the world and be exposed to the innovative and patient-centered culture at Roche. You will gain an understanding of how we operate and in depth knowledge of regulatory submissions and operations, as well as product quality management systems on the local distribution level. Career coaching will be provided by the head of department which is a great way to learn about opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector. As part of the Bachelor of Pharmacy Internship pre-registration training, this position will be exposed to a variety of tasks for on-the-job training. Providing functional support mainly to Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance, and support the operations of the License to Operate department. Rotation to other functions will also be arranged, for example medical affairs and marketing.

We are currently recruiting 1 intern each for the period of July - December 2027 & January - June 2028.
