Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
• Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist preferred; eligible for registration considered.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, pharmaceutical wholesale, import/export, product registration, QA/QC or pharmaceutical compliance.
• Understanding of GMP, COA and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Independent follow-up of outstanding documents and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Review pharmaceutical product and manufacturer documentation, including COA, GMP and registration documents
• Support verification of manufacturers, suppliers and exporters
• Review authorization letters and product compliance records
• Identify missing, inconsistent or potentially non-compliant documentation
• Maintain regulatory files for products, suppliers and manufacturers
• Support pharmaceutical import/export and wholesale-related documentation
• Follow up with manufacturers, suppliers and other external parties when documentation is incomplete
• Coordinate with merchandising, accounting, operations and management teams
• Support regulatory compliance, recalls, safety alerts and other pharmaceutical compliance matters where required

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline
• Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist preferred ; candidates who are eligible for registration or have strong relevant pharmaceutical/regulatory experience may also be considered
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, pharmaceutical wholesale, import/export, product registration, QA/QC or pharmaceutical compliance preferred
• Understanding of GMP, COA and pharmaceutical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working according to SOPs
• Able to independently follow up outstanding documents and elevate problems when necessary
