Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
• Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist preferred; eligible for registration considered.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, pharmaceutical wholesale, import/export, product registration, QA/QC or pharmaceutical compliance.
• Understanding of GMP, COA and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Independent follow-up of outstanding documents and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review pharmaceutical product and manufacturer documentation (COA, GMP, registration).
• Support verification of manufacturers, suppliers and exporters.
• Review authorization letters and product compliance records.
• Identify missing or non‑compliant documentation.
• Maintain regulatory files for products, suppliers and manufacturers.
• Support import/export and wholesale-related documentation.
• Follow up with external parties when documentation is incomplete.
• Coordinate with merchandising, accounting, operations and management teams.
• Assist regulatory compliance, recalls and safety alerts as required.
