Powerhouse Hong Kong in Sheung Wan is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our fitness facility. You will deliver tailored training programmes, provide expert guidance, and help clients achieve their goals in a dynamic environment.

You will assess clients, design safe, effective plans, and offer lifestyle advice while maintaining high professional standards and exceptional customer service in every session.

Qualifications

• Candidates hold a recognised personal training certification from a reputable body.
• Experience delivering tailored fitness programmes in a gym or studio.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to assess fitness levels and design safe, effective training plans.
• First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations with clients.
• Design individualised training programmes tailored to client goals.
• Provide instruction, guidance and motivation during sessions.
