    • At least 6 years hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and reporting, with deep understanding of optimizing across multiple campaign types.
    • Significant experience with Performance Max is a major plus.
    • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboards.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful trends and insights.
    • Experience in identifying tracking discrepancies and resolving complex attribution/tracking issues.
    • Expertise in forecasting and performance target tracking.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

  • Structured Thinking: Sound judgement to balance the needs of the organisation, team, and customers across a complex business.
  • Data-driven: Using sound data to support strategies and review the success of initiatives.
  • Can have tough conversations in a positive way: Proactively addressing difficult situations with kindness to build empathy, trust, and great working relationships.
The interview process:
  • TA Screen or one way video interview: A ~30 minute video call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and get a better understanding of your experience and expectations for the role.
  • Technical Interview: A ~60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager to discuss your recent roles, technical experience, and key strengths in detail.
  • Soft Skill Interview: A ~60 minute chat, usually with a member of HR or the leadership team, diving into recent work situations to understand how you think and work.
