Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a dedicated team member to support the People Sustainability function, focusing on culture, employee engagement, and employer branding. The role involves managing the internal engagement app, intranet, newsletters and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to source content, coordinate communications, analyze engagement metrics, and assist in CSR initiatives and volunteering programs to enhance employee experience and community impact.

• Coordinate content updates and delivery of communications across the intranet, engagement app, newsletters and other internal channels.
• Consolidate and analyse engagement metrics to inform reporting and identify opportunities to improve employee experience.
• Assist in planning and delivering engagement, wellbeing, CSR, volunteering and community initiatives; support related projects.

About the Role

• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of People Sustainability team on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning and applying practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry, on culture and engagement aspects to improve employee experience and employer branding Provide support in managing and enhancing AIA's employee engagement app, as well as other internal communication and engagement channels, including the intranet, newsletters and digital platforms, to foster employee engagement and communication.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to source content updates and coordinate the delivery of employee communications and engagement initiatives across the intranet, engagement app, newsletters and other internal communication channels.
• Assist in consolidating and analysing engagement metrics and usage data to support reporting and identify opportunities to enhance employee experience.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing, sustainability and community initiatives, with a particular focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR), volunteering programmes and community partnerships Provide support to other projects and initiatives as assigned.
