Job summary

About the Role

An internship to provide support on training digitalization, analytics and daily operation to the BTDD that contribute to the achievement of agency business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of eLearning content
• Support the creation and editing of multimedia materials, including video production and visual assets
• Provide administrative support for eLearning projects as needed

Minimum Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Higher Diploma or bachelor's degree in design, Educational Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Passion for innovative eLearning solutions and leveraging AI technologies to improve content delivery and learner engagement
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Vyond, HeyGen) is a plus
• A curious and proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for staying ahead of trends in digital learning
