Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance/hedge funds or similar institution.
• Proven ability to juggle high-volume recruiting with HR deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior leaders.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting across experienced hires and campus programs, from role scoping to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Proactively source using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent communities to engage passive candidates.
• Build relationships with universities, industry networks to expand recruitment reach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and conduct structured interviews.
• Track market movements, compensation trends to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences across the employee lifecycle.
• Support benefits administration, leave, payroll coordination within HR operations.
• Design and implement performance review programs for managers and staff.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and foster a high-trust culture.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Office Management to resolve challenges.
