Sleek Singapore is seeking a Partnerships Executive to build a strong, active pipeline of new partnership leads and drive incremental customer acquisition. You will identify, approach and activate partners across Fintech, eCommerce, immigration and professional services, building the top of the funnel that fuels Sleek’s growth.

You will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to structure deals and define partner strategy.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales or account management.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate leads; comfortable with outreach and hunt.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and approach potential partners across Fintech, eCommerce, professional services, immigration and related industries.
• Execute outreach campaigns to engage prospective partners, set up meetings, and move leads through the pipeline.
• Support onboarding and activation of newly signed partners, ensuring they can refer clients to Sleek.
• Track and maintain pipeline activity in CRM tools; report on outreach volume, conversion rates and partner performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to support partner-facing materials and referral processes.
• Monitor partner activity and flag underperforming relationships with proposed actions.

Requirements

We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our Singapore Partnerships team. This is a hunter-focused role. You will be on the ground identifying, approaching and activating new partners — building the top of the funnel that fuels Sleek’s growth in Singapore.

You will work closely with and report to the Strategic Partnerships Manager, who will guide deal structuring and partner strategy. Your job is to find the partners, open the doors and generate the leads.

Mission

Build a strong, active pipeline of new partnership leads that drives incremental customer acquisition for Sleek Singapore.

Outcomes

You will be expected to contribute to the following milestones through the partnerships you identify and activate:

• Acquire 10 new partners per month which bring new customers to Sleek
• Drive activity of partners that you own to drive at least 30 New Customers per month

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential partners across Fintech, eCommerce, professional services, immigration and other relevant industries.
• Execute outreach campaigns to engage prospective partners, set up meetings, and move leads through the pipeline.
• Support the onboarding and activation of newly signed partners, ensuring they are equipped to refer clients to Sleek.
• Track and maintain pipeline activity in CRM tools; report regularly on outreach volume, conversion rates and partner performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to support partner-facing materials, co-marketing activities and referral processes.
• Monitor partner activity and flag underperforming relationships to the Strategic Partnerships Manager with proposed actions.

Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales or account management, ideally in a tech startup, Fintech or eCommerce environment.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate leads — you’re comfortable with cold outreach and enjoy the hunt.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and build rapport with partners across different industries.
• Organised and self-motivated — you can manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently and keep things moving without being chased.
• Expert with basic data and CRM tools to track activity and report on results, and avid adopter of AI to make yourself more effective
• Based in Singapore.
• Experience in Fintech, eCommerce or Employer of Record (EOR) industries is a plus but not required.
