Job summary

Mango Hong Kong Limited is recruiting a part-time Sales Assistant for its Hong Kong store. You will present products in a fashion-forward way according to Mango standards to maximize sales.

Key responsibilities include maintaining an attractive store image, applying merchandising guidelines, executing changes quickly, and monitoring performance indicators. Candidates should be able to work 18+ hours weekly for at least 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum commitment of 18 hours per week, minimum duration of 6 months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Responsible, proactive and a strong team player.
• Comfortable meeting targets and managing peak-hour situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store image at all times, attractive and commercial.
• Apply visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
• Perform store changes quickly and in an orderly manner.
• Monitor sales figures and performance indicators to take product-based measures.
• Be aware of customer profile, product potential and competitors' strategies.
• Communicate with the team about new products and merchandising changes.
• Report to management and support store duties.
