Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Psychiatric) status in Hong Kong.
• Certificate of Registration (Part II) and a valid Practising Certificate.
• At least one year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in psychiatric/mental health settings.
• Experience with trauma-, stress-, or anxiety-related conditions is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Strong interpersonal and participant-engagement skills.
• Independent and team-oriented work approach with initiative.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to use online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage online psychological interventions for adults with PTSD symptoms.
• Provide support and guidance to participants throughout the intervention period.
• Monitor progress, engagement, adherence and wellbeing during interventions.
• Identify participants needing additional clinical attention or referral per protocol.
• Collaborate with investigators to refine materials, procedures, and protocols.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of delivery and interactions.
• Ensure activities align with approved protocol and professional standards.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case discussions as required.
