Job summary

Miramar Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Assistant to support general operations including invoice processing, data entry, and office administration. The role requires a proactive team player who can handle multiple tasks.

You will perform ad-hoc duties as assigned and assist with clerical tasks to ensure smooth office workflow. Form 5 or above, strong typing, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua are preferred; immediate availability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above (HKCEE/ HKDSE)
• 1 year clerical experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Fast and accurate typing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate availability preferred
