Job summary

Dr. Wilkie Ngai Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Centre is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant for AM/PM shifts (3-4 days per week). You will assist with MRI and ultrasound procedures, handle patient inquiries with a friendly, professional approach, and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements include HKCEE/HKDSE or above, fluency in English and Chinese, and computer literacy with English/Chinese typing. Nursing students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 5 subjects pass in HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
• Nursing student is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Computer literate including English and Chinese typing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MRI and Ultrasound procedures.
• Handle patients' queries with good customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Provide administrative support in ad-hoc duties as necessary.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 1:30pm OR 2:00pm - 7:00pm ( 5hrs )
Saturday, 10:00am-3:00pm ( 5 hrs )
