Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting an Experienced Paralegal for an offshore law firm in Hong Kong. You will support the Corporate or Funds teams on transactional matters, including US IPOs, with a focus on efficient legal admin and research.

The role requires a law degree and 2+ years of paralegal experience in a transactional practice, fluent English and Mandarin, with Cantonese a bonus. This is a hands-on, client-facing position in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a law degree and have at least 2 years of paralegal experience in transactional work.
• Strong English and Mandarin required; Cantonese beneficial.
• Experience supporting corporate or funds teams in offshore matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support on US IPO and other general corporate matters.
• Assist Funds team on investment funds work, including crypto/web3 focus.
• Conduct legal research across jurisdictions and draft/prepare documents.
• Liaise with external parties and provide overall legal admin support.
