Michael Page (Hong Kong) is partnering with an international law firm to recruit a Paralegal (Asset Finance). You will draft, review and amend asset‑finance documents, conduct cross-jurisdiction research and support transaction teams to ensure compliance and timely filings.

Organizing files and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders are essential. Fluent English and Mandarin are required, and a law degree with some paralegal experience in banking/finance is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or equivalent law degree required.
• Some paralegal experience in banking/finance preferred.
• Asset finance experience is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Job Description

As a Paralegal (Asset Finance), your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents and agreements related to asset finance transactions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with some relevant paralegal experience in the banking and/or finance practice areas - whilst asset finance experience is a plus, it is not a must. Candidates coming from financial services roles looking to move into law firms, may also be considered. Excellent fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as well as a willingness to work over-time when required.
