Job summary

A1 Toys International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Artwork Designer to design packaging artwork and graphics that align with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. You will manage artwork projects from concept through final production across multiple SKUs.

You will translate briefs into visually compelling designs, coordinate timelines, revisions, approvals, and final deliverables for on-time launches, and liaise with licensors, internal stakeholders and external vendors

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging artwork and/or graphic design, ideally in toy or consumer products/licensed goods.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience with licensed brand guidelines; Crayola experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
