Job summary

Asia Beauty Concepts Limited is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Retail and Beauty Centre. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring smooth workflows, and leading a team that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

You will oversee frontline teams, manage staffing and coaching, and collaborate with leadership on promotions and business strategies while upholding safety and compliance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations, retail management, or beauty centre management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to drive sales performance while maintaining high service standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is an advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
