Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to monitor and manage the bank’s operational risk, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal standards.

You will develop and review risk policies, identify risk, prepare senior management reports, and oversee the implementation of risk reporting systems and data management. This role also covers credit risk activities.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of operational risk management experience in banking/financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services and operations.
• Familiar with HK regulatory requirements for operational risk.
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law or related disciplines
• Possess CFA / FRM or relevant qualifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years or above experience in operational risk management in banking / financial institution
• Good understanding of financial business operations, products and services
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and practices related to operational risk management in banking / financial institutions
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, detail minded and willing to work under pressure
