Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business, Law or Risk Management.
• 6–10 years' experience in product, channel, risk management and advisory in financial sector.
• Solid experience in Risk Control; professional qualification preferred.
• Prior exposure to document review or audit processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of product and channel management in consumer banking.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Operational Risk Manager.

Responsabilités

• Participate in cross-departmental projects of risk control and coordinate with subject matter experts within the bank and external business units.
• Provide effective recommendations and implementation on projects and monitor project progress to senior management.
• Conduct document review and gap analysis of thematic scope; review operational procedures and frontline risk controls.
• Derive insights on compliance requirements and audit findings; develop gap analysis and recommendations to operational procedures.
• Provide operational risk advice or assessment relating to new services/products; ensure control measures meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop digital journeys and conduct process re-engineering and system enhancements.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational risk advices or assessment relating to new services / products. Ensure control measures meet the regulatory requirements.
• Develop digital journey and conduct process re-engineering and system enhancement.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Business, Law or Risk Management.
• 6-10 years’ working experience in product, channel, risk management and advisory in financial sector.
• Solid experience in Risk Control with Professional qualification is preferred.
• Prior exposures of document review or audit process will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of product and channel management in consumer banking.
• Sound knowledge of relevant laws and local regulatory requirements, experience in supporting risk management for Southeast Asia market is preferred.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operational Risk Manager.
