Job summary

Asseto Fintech (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting for a funds operations role to support daily fund and investment product activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and settlement.

You will coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, banks, brokers, asset managers and other external service providers while maintaining fund transaction records, investor data and operational data. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome.
• Basic understanding of funds, securities, asset management or financial markets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with transaction and financial data.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to work with different financial and operational systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is required and Cantonese is an advantage
• Responsible, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of funds and investment products, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and settlement
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, banks, brokers, asset managers and other external service providers
• Assist with cash and position reconciliation and follow up on reconciliation breaks or operational exceptions
• Maintain fund transaction records, investor records and other operational data
• Assist with NAV review and verification of information provided by fund administrators and other service providers
• Monitor subscription and redemption cut-off times, settlement status and outstanding operational items
• Assist with investor onboarding and collection of subscription and KYC/KYB documentation
• Perform or assist with daily/periodic reconciliation of cash balances, holdings and transaction records
• Prepare internal operational reports and maintain operational trackers
• Support operational workflows relating to tokenised funds and other digital investment products

About you
