Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or tertiary education in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil/Structural or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and allied legislation, Codes of Practice and site safety.
Good knowledge of building construction management and materials.
Strong supervisory experience.
Proficient written and verbal English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Assist to manage performance of Consultants and Contractors on site.
Coordinate with internal divisions and parties in time control and quality control of projects.
Supervise and lead site teams across architectural, structural and building services disciplines.
Monitor progress of site works on assigned projects.
Ensure compliance with corporate site management policies and quality standards.
Make appropriate recommendations as required.
