Job summary

A leading technology company in Hong Kong is seeking a proficient communicator to conduct training sessions and manage onboarding for merchants. The ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills, be fluent in Cantonese and English, and have knowledge in SaaS products. This is a full-time position based in the Kwun Tong District.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in SaaS product knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Great interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese & English. Mandarin will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging remote and onsite SaaS training sessions for merchants.
• Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, handling all scheduling and communications.
• Conduct structured check-ins to confirm onboarding milestones are met.

Overview

We\'re looking for a proficient communicator who can be the go-to person for our merchants, conducting all product training sessions and ensuring quality to-merchant communications, as well as smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging remote and onsite SaaS training sessions for merchants. Develop and maintain comprehensive FAQ resources and training materials to empower users.
• Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, handling all scheduling, communications, and coordination between merchants, internal teams and SaaS partners throughout the onboarding process.
• Conduct structured check-ins and progress reviews to confirm onboarding milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation and assist in some admin work

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in SaaS Product knowledge or experience is strongly preferred
• Great interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese & English. (Madarain will be a plus)
