Job summary

AECOM Asia Company Limited is looking for a civil/structural engineer to join the Building Engineering team in Kowloon on-site. The role centers on supervision of superstructure works, QA/QC and close collaboration with design and construction teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years post-Higher Diploma or 2+ years post-Degree in civil/structural/geotechnical engineering, with English and Cantonese fluency. HK on-site work with strong ethics and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Post-qualification civil/structural/geotechnical engineering experience.
• Ability to coordinate between design, site and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform statutory duties as T3 required by the RSE and RGE under the Building Department plan.
• Report to AP/RSE/RGE and supervise TCPs on site.
• Provide professional assistance to Resident Engineer/ TCP T5 or design office.
• Review contractor openings to fit construction sequences and methods.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, temporary works and safety measures.
• Attend site meetings and prepare bi-weekly progress and QA/QC reports.
