Job summary

Lanon-Development-Limited invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction teams on government projects and public institutions in Hong Kong. The role requires a degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines and hands-on experience with civil engineering works on site.

Successful candidates will manage main contracts and subcontracts, bring energetic and proactive problem-solving, and may have ERP implementation experience. Full-time on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Energetic, self-motivated, good problem solving skills
• Well experience in civil engineering works
• Administration of main contracts and subcontracts
• Proven experience in ERP implementation is highly preferred
