Job summary

Hang Lung Properties Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Treasury Officer to manage daily treasury operations for the group and subsidiaries, including cash management, reporting, and bank coordination. You will support loan activities, MTN coupon processing, and KYC requests while assisting audits.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential. The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting or related field and at least 3 years in treasury/finance, preferably in a sizable

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily treasury operations for the group and its subsidiaries including cash management, arrangements of fund transfers (for HK)

Prepare periodic treasury reports

Support loan operations, and process MTN Coupons and IRS payments

Support and monitor bank account maintenance and Know Your Customer (KYC) requests for bank due diligence

Assist with external and internal audit requirements

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline

3 years of work experience in sizable company, preferably in Treasury, Finance or Accounting

Chinese Mainland working exposure is an added advantage

Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
