To provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Private Banking Department, ensuring seamless service for high-net-worth clients. Handle concierge enquiries, account openings documentation and general banking services support while providing high quality services and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on banking services at concierge to provide high quality services to customers.
• Greet, direct, and manage customers’ interactions to ensure a premium service experience.
• Assist relationship managers to serve high net worth customers in their basic banking needs and/or wealth management needs.
• Assist client take-on process; particularly account opening documentation with high net worth customers.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and materials preparation.
• Assist in coordinating client events / marketing programs.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects for Private Banking Department.
• Take accountability for providing excellent service and resolving customer problems promptly and professionally.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements

• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in retail banking or customer service.
• Sound knowledge on banking policy and operational procedures
• Self-motivated with good sales and service orientation
• Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
