Job summary

Inchcape Greater China in Hong Kong is seeking a Retail Service Officer to join our Aftersales team. You’ll work with a diverse group to deliver exceptional service and repairs, supporting fleet tenders, service contracts, and customer satisfaction.

This full-time onsite role requires a bachelor degree in Business or related, 3–5 years experience, strong English and Chinese, and a valid driving license. We offer year-end double pay, discretionary bonus, health and life insurance, and a 5-day

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet tenders, service contracts, quotations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with OEM partners and internal departments to meet business requirements.
• Handle accounts receivable billing processes and related administrative activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Aftersales, ensuring daily efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to policies and processes, and participate in audits or improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and incentive calculations for business decisions.
• Lead or participate in ad hoc projects and system enhancements.

What you'll do

Manage fleet tenders, service contracts, quotations, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Act as the primary liaison with OEM partners and internal departments to coordinate operational activities and ensure timely follow-up on business requirements.

Handle accounts receivable billing processes and support related administrative activities.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Aftersales department, ensuring efficient daily operations.

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and operational procedures, and participate in related audits or improvement initiatives.

Prepare and analyze operational reports, non-financial performance metrics, KPI dashboards, and frontline incentive calculations to support business decisions.

Lead or participate in ad hoc projects, system enhancements, and business initiatives as assigned by management.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

Bachelor degree holder in Business, Automotive or related disciplines

3-5 years relevant experience

A good team player with positive work attitude and self-motivation

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Excellent command of PC application experience in statistical analysis

Holder of valid driver license no. 1 & 2 is an advantage
