Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Analyst to support fund services through reconciliation, cash/trade positions, and NAV calculations. You will handle settlement processing and liaise with other departments to ensure timely resolution of breaks.

Responsibilities include invoicing support, receivables collection, and contributing to ad-hoc projects. The role requires 2–4 years in financial services, strong attention to detail, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• 2-4 years of working experience preferably in financial services; Fund Services experience a plus.
• Proactive, mature, high attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presenting work.

Requirements
