Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited is seeking a capable candidate in Hong Kong to assist in feasibility studies, market research, and land development analyses for potential lands acquisitions. You will support cross-department collaboration including Project, Legal, and Marketing to advance business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Real Estates, up to 1 year of related experience, and strong numerical and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Real Estates.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in property development, land / property acquisitions or property research.
• Strong numerical sensitivity and analytical mindset.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; proactive learning attitude.
• Well organized, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Perform market research and analysis on property supply, transactions, and government policy on town planning and lands matters.
• Explore and evaluate opportunity for acquisition of site and investment, including conducting site visit, market research and feasibility study.
• Support the establishment of database to collect and analyze market data, transactions in efficient and systematic way.
• Assist in handling town planning application and land administration matters.
• Conduct valuation on property and development land.
