Job summary

Harwin Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent housekeeping professional to perform daily cleaning across office premises and a warehouse, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal. You will maintain pantry and meeting spaces, prepare light refreshments, and assist with deliveries and plant care.

The role requires independence, reliability, and basic communication skills to support colleagues and visitors. WSQ certification is advantageous and prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/housekeeping is preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Responsible, reliable and attentive to cleanliness.
• Able to perform manual cleaning tasks as required.
• Basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of pantry, meeting rooms, common areas and other designated premises.
• Monitor pantry and cleaning supplies and inform the person-in-charge when replenishment is required.
• Prepare fruits, bread and refreshments for employees and visitors when required.
• Prepare and tidy meeting rooms and provide refreshment support for meetings and company events.
• Receive and organise pantry and office supply deliveries, maintain storage areas and water office plants.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues and perform other related housekeeping and office-support duties as assigned.
