Job summary

Nayuki tea shops in Hong Kong are looking for a Tea Server to join the team. You will prepare various beverages including fresh fruit tea, milk cap tea, cold brew tea, and seasonal drinks following standard recipes and procedures.

Responsible for daily beverage production at Nayuki tea shops, including fresh fruit tea, milk cap tea, cold brew tea, and seasonal limited drinks. Strictly follow standard recipes and operational procedures to ensure product quality and flavour consistency. Execute pre-opening preparation work such as material inventory checks, equipment inspection, bar counter organisation, and hygiene cleaning to maintain a food-safe and brand-compliant operating environment. Proactively interact with customers, provide friendly and professional ordering suggestions and beverage knowledge explanations to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty. Collaborate with the team to complete inventory management, material loss registration, and ordering assistance to ensure material freshness and usage efficiency. Participate in internal training and new product testing to continuously improve tea-making techniques, service awareness, and brand culture understanding.
