Job summary

Accenture Technology Solutions (HK) Ltd seeks a senior Migration Lead to oversee end‑to‑end data migration for Murex MX.3 implementations in banking environments. You will define strategy, manage cross‑domain data migrations, and drive cutover readiness.

Key requirements include 10+ years in data migration, Murex MX.3 expertise, strong SQL/Python/Shell skills, and experience with AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory. Collaboration with Front Office, Risk, Finance and Technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a tech field.
• 10+ years of data migration experience within banking or capital markets.
• Proven experience leading Murex MX.3 migration workstreams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Murex data model, trade lifecycle, and capital markets products.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Shell Scripting, and ETL tools.
• Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, data quality and cutover execution.
• Experience migrating from Kondor+, Calypso, Summit or other trading systems is highly preferred.
• MxML Exchange bulk loading experience.
• Knowledge of AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory or other cloud ETL platforms.
• Murex certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for Murex MX.3 implementation and transformation projects.
• Define migration strategy, mapping approach, reconciliation framework, and cutover plan.
• Coordinate migration activities across trade, static, market, collateral, and financial data domains.
• Design and oversee ETL processes, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Manage migration testing, mock runs, dress rehearsals, and production cutover.
• Work closely with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Lead migration teams and provide stakeholder reporting on migration readiness and project progress.
