Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an experienced Product Owner / Product Business Analyst – Multi Asset to join the Asset Management Platforms team in Hong Kong. You will define and prioritise capabilities for our global investment platform, working with Portfolio Managers and business stakeholders to deliver technology-enhanced asset management solutions.

In this role you will manage backlogs, translate business needs into requirements, run workshops, and drive platform

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business, technology, or operating model change within asset management or investment environments.
• Strong knowledge of Multi-Asset investing, including asset allocation and portfolio construction.
• Proven ability to partner with Portfolio Managers and front-office stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Roles support investment platforms and change delivery in front-office contexts.
• Strong communication, analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Defining and prioritising product features to align with business objectives.
• Managing product backlogs and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Partner with investment professionals and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Act as the main liaison between business users and technology teams.
• Translate business needs into practical technology and process improvements.
• Lead workshops and analyses to define business requirements and operating capabilities.
• Drive product and platform enhancements balancing priorities, UX and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new capabilities and system changes.
• Create clear business and functional requirements and user stories.
