Responsibilities

• Teach middle school mathematics according to 国家课程标准 and school curriculum.
• Design differentiated instruction plans for varied learning levels.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Provide after-school tutoring and lead math clubs or competitions.
• Foster logical thinking and problem-solving and integrate core literacy in math.
• Contribute to school-based curriculum development and teaching case studies.
• Participate in school professional development and coaching programs.
• Support mentor programs and other teaching-related duties as assigned by leadership.
