Qualifications

• Experience: ~10 years in HVAC design/product planning with specific expertise in modular cooling systems.
• Systems Expertise: Data center thermal management including PUE optimization and high-density liquid cooling.
• Market Sensitivity: Knowledge of global standards (OCP, ASHRAE) and regional regulations.
• Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Modular Cooling Development: Design and productize modular AHUs, Chiller plants, and CDUs for plug-and-play installation in high-density environments.
• Trend Integration: Anticipate shift toward liquid cooling and hybrid architectures; ensure modules support Air and Liquid heat rejection.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate requirements between hyperscalers and equipment vendors for product-market fit.
• Project Oversight: Design modules with field-delivery in mind to reduce on-site labor and commissioning time.
