Job summary

RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech integrating blockchain solutions into traditional banking and finance infrastructure. We seek a risk management professional to lead the risk prevention and control strategy, aligning with product growth to ensure secure and compliant expansion.

You will map risk policies, oversee fraud and credit risk methods, develop models and rules, monitor trends, and review high‑risk cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management in fintech or finance.
• Hands-on experience with transaction risk control and anti-fraud strategies.
• Proficient in Hive, SQL, Python, and R for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Map out risk prevention and control frameworks for new products and business scenarios.
• Manage fraud, credit, and order-cashing risk strategies end-to-end.
• Develop risk strategies based on current risk landscape.
• Monitor risk trends and early warning systems.
• Review materials submitted by potentially risky users.
• Optimize strategies to reduce friction and interference.
