Experior Asia is supporting a leading international school in Hong Kong to appoint an experienced Middle School Mathematics Teacher on a fixed-term maternity cover.

The role requires delivering engaging mathematics instruction to Middle School students, differentiating for diverse learning needs and contributing to the school community. The assignment runs for about five months starting October 2026, with a part-time schedule and HK-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Mathematics, Education or a relevant related subject.
• A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary or Middle School level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Experience within an international school environment would be advantageous.
• Hong Kong teacher registration, or eligibility for registration, would be beneficial.
• The ability to work legally in Hong Kong for the duration of the appointment is highly desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Mathematics educator to join a well-established international school community and teach students at Middle School level.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and appropriately challenging Mathematics lessons to Middle School students, supporting their academic progress and contributing positively to the wider school community.
