Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club's Membership & Customer Excellence (MCE) Division seeks a senior data analytics professional to deliver analyses and insights at the portfolio level. You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage project scope, and guide agencies to produce actionable reports and dashboards.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and data visualization is essential; experience with AI-assisted tools and privacy-aware data handling is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, AI applications, or similar fields.
• Experience with dashboarding and data visualization to support decision making.
• Exposure to machine learning techniques and analytics of customer/user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate analyses, including statistical modelling and internal data analyses.
• Provide professional advice and foster consultative partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and resolve issues.
• Develop full-scale research and analytic project plans and documents.
• Define scope and deliverables to support KPIs with senior management.
• Manage agencies to deliver quality data and reports with insights.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution.
