Job summary

Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Medical Director-level professional to lead sales of our testing services and health products. The role includes interpreting complex clinical reports and ensuring nursing operations meet regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have extensive clinical or laboratory experience, strong sales acumen, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. You will partner with R&D and marketing to integrate clinical feedback across teams.

Qualifications

• MD or PhD in biotechnology, biology, or cell therapy related majors.
• Hold a valid annual practising certificate issued by the Medical Council of Hong Kong preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical medicine, laboratory, or clinical research with report interpretation.
• Sales experience in health products or client conversion preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with high-end clients.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell testing services and health products, identify client needs, and achieve sales targets.
• Interpret VIT, HCTC and other test reports clearly and accurately.
• Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure clinical compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, laboratory and marketing teams to provide clinical feedback.

• Professionally interpret VIT, HCTC, and other test reports, explaining complex data in a clear and accessible manner.
• Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure clinical compliance.
• Partner with R&D, laboratory, and marketing teams to provide clinical feedback.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctorate (MD) or PhD in Biotechnology, Biology, or Cell Therapy related majors. Others are welcome if they can demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to work in a healthcare service and innovation environment
• Hold a valid annual practicing certificate issued by the Medical Council of Hong Kong is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical medicine, laboratory, or clinical research with report interpretation experience.
• Sales-oriented with commercial acumen; experience in health product sales or client conversion preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and social etiquette, skilled in building trust with high-end clients.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
