Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing brand-new, cutting-edge audio devices with the best possible design, streamlined manufacturing, and superior field dependability within a predetermined product development timeline.
• Engage in the whole product development cycle, from design to prototypes to manufacturing, and oversee small-scale projects.
• Prior to prototype validation, use computer simulation and 3D CAD software to design and model design outcomes.
• Establish requirements for molds and mechanical parts made of plastic and metal to guarantee product dependability, production yield, and quality
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, quality assurance engineers, industrial designers, and electronics designers to guarantee that client demands are met while maintaining the highest standards for product quality and cost.

Candidate Profile

• Mechanical engineering degree or master's degree, or a similar field.
• 6 - 10 years of related experience is a minimum. Preferential experience with high-quality audio-related products.
• Strong foundation in 3D CAD design and computer simulation methods for designing mechanical structures, managing stress, and controlling heat.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing design, tooling design, packaging design, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent departmental coordination skills, ambiguity management, and a readiness to take on difficult tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
