Ashford Benjamin is partnering with a Global Trading Platform to expand their Surveillance team, spanning Hong Kong and Australia. You will analyze alerts for timely detection and prevention of market misconduct, identify concerns, and escalate to senior management.

You will help design models to enhance surveillance coverage, and perform ad-hoc reviews of complex trading activity to resolve issues efficiently.

Formación

• 4+ years in market surveillance, trade monitoring, or compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate trading anomalies.

Ashford Benjamin is partnering with a Global Trading Platform to expand their Surveillance team in Hong Kong/Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for the timely analysis of alerts leading to the detection and prevention of market or firm-damaging misconduct, identifying potential concerns, and escalating abnormal activities to surveillance senior management. You will contribute to the design and development of models to enhance surveillance coverage—including conduct risk, compliance policies, and market manipulation—while performing ad-hoc reviews of complex trading activity to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you will compile detailed analyses and make findings available to key stakeholders such as Legal and Compliance.

Candidates should have not less than 4 years of experience in market surveillance, trade monitoring, or compliance within financial services, paired with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate trading anomalies effectively.
